INTERIOR SPECIFICATIONS
Entering the salon through the generous triple-opening sliding safety glass doors you'll find luxury and contemporary styling due to the buttery leather fabrics and the high gloss Cherry wood interior. To starboard is the convertible leather settee with an attractive high gloss Cherry dinette table. Opposite to port aft is the salon frig, stereo CD/radio system(with speakers on the bridge as well as in the salon), a TV, and a DVD player(TV and DVD palyer are hide-away... they slide out of a Cherry cabinet and swivel to view from anywhere within the salon) , directly forward of the entertainment system is the leather settee, and the fully complimented galley is forward to port and slightly down. The galley features hide-away doors to house both the microwave convection oven(w/ grille) as well as a storage pantry, wood inlaid flooring, galley exhaust fan, freshwater level meter, double stainless steel sinks, both with Avonite covers(one doubles as a cutting board when inverted) to match the attractive and durable Avonite counter tops. A three burner electric stove and spacious dual voltage AC/DC refrigerator & freezer storage completes the necessary appliances and conveniences. Forward to starboard in the main salon you'll find the attractive and functional complete lower helm station which is perfect if you wish to cruise in climate controlled comfort regardless of the weather conditions outside. At the lower helm you will find twin 2-speed windshield wipers with fully recessed motors and blade mounted freshwater windsahield washer system to remove salt spray and improve visibility, a burled elm instrument panel, and a Chart table with chart light and chart stowage. Sturdy and attractive stainless steel-framed safety glass salon windows open for added ventilation when so desired, yet seal tightly and keep all outside elements outside. Down the companionway to forward you'll find the two guest staterooms. To starboard is the VIP cabin with twin berths, custom beadspreads, and genrous storage for guests' belongings. To port is the guest stateroom featuring over and under bunk berths, custom beadspreads, and genrous storage. Forward center is the master stateroom with queen centerline berth with Cherry drawers beneath, a very large full-length hanging locker, and Cherry lockers overhead to port and starboard for above average storage for a 45' yacht, not to mention a classy and stylish look as well. Master head is ensuite. A flip up mirrored make-up vanity is to port, and a similar locker is on the starboard which is great for items from keys to wallets to whatever you wish to keep handy yet out of the way and secured. The master stateroom ensuite head and the guest head alike both feature sinks with mirrired vanities, vanity storage, electric 'quietflush' marine heads, teak inlaid flooring in each, exhaust fans, and rotary shower stalls... rotate the cylinder after you enter and form a clever separate shower while retaining open space in the head when in the non-shower position... quite clever and innovative. The guest head is accessed from either the companionway or the VIP stateroom for privacy and convenience. |

Beginning aft you'll find an extended fiberglass swim platform with teak inlaid decking and a large storage locker built-in for storing wet gear. On this platform is an Atlantis hard-bottom inflatable dinghy with a 15HP Yamaha outboard(see photos for custom designed welded S.S. engine mount), teak decking, storage compartment, attaching points for dinghy or wetbike, a foldaway swimming ladder, a hot and cold transom shower, and a 500 pound capacity S.S. & teak pasarelle which doubles as a hydraulic lift for the dinghy. Entering the cockpit through the port side via the swing-in transom door you'll find the attractive and highly non-skid teak decking which is also found on the steps of the molded fiberglass stairwell leading to the bridge deck. Below, mounted flush into the stairwell is a built-in 20lb./day icemaker, and opposite in the cockpit is a handy storage locker as well as a manual back-up high volume 'gulper' bilge pump in case of an emergency or to empty the bilge in case of a power or electric pump failure. The cockpit features a large L-shaped settee on the transom for guests to lounge about, and it has added storage space below for gear. Engine access is excellent, and is provided via a large hatch in the cockpit sole with a S.S. ladder for easier entry and exit. Behind it is the huge(and dry!) aft lazarette storage compartment which also houses the genset in a sound-proof box for quiet operation. Teak capped steps in the cockpit to the deck walkways makes going forward a simple task even while at sea. On the foredeck are bow sunning pads, non-skid surfaces for safety, as well as the anchoring gear and electric anchor windlass with foredeck, lower helm and flybridge controls, a Delta anchor with 100 feet of chain, stemhead roller, and deck hatch access to the chain locker from on-deck. Up the stairwell to the flybridge you'll find a comfortable sunbed, a wetbar and refigerator, a generous double helm seat, and a wrap-a-round settee with a fiberglass table for guests. The extensive canvas package includse the following covers: Windshield and side window covers, an aft deck enclosure with side and rear isenglass windows, a bridge cover to protect all seating areas as well as the helm station itself, and rounded out by a bimini top for sun protection while underway or at rest. For ease of navigation at night, not to mention added safety, there is a electrically operated searchlight with remote controls at both stations. The S.S. dual trumpet horns provide greater than average volume. A venturi windscreen is provided for wind protection on the bridge, and a fiberglass radar arch provides the mounting position for electronics and the running/anchor light to raise the position for each to provide better performance of each. |

MECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS Powered by twin 480 HP TAMD74P Volvo diesels(the largest of the three available engine options), she effortlessly cruises at a fast 27-28 knot cruise while achieving top speed of 33 knots. Ship's power is provided by a 24V D.C onboard electrical system and a 220V shorepower system(U.S. standards including all outlets) with a 50A battery charger/converter. An 8KW Onan genset privides the 220V AC power when underway. For ease of maneuvering you'll find a bow thruster with uppper and lower station controls as well as a hydraulic steering system for easier steering, and a rudder angle indicator for convenience. Engine room lighting, auotmatic fire extinguishing system, 4-bladed Aquafoil propellers in nickel aluminium bronze(Nibral). An engine room hot air extractor fan with electronic time delay keeps the air in the engine room as cool and as fresh as possible, and larger than needed air intake vents, both providing better beathing of the engines for improved performance versus yachts not so equipped. Hydraulic trim tabs provide the attitude adjustment underway to compensate for any sea condition. |
